420tn + 220tn Road Surfacing — Nottingham

Major road surfacing project in Nottingham. 640 tonnes of material laid across two days with our Vögele track paver fleet. Demonstrating our capacity to handle high-volume, time-critical highway contracts.

ROAD SURFACING

Rail Crossing Surfacing — Middlesbrough

Night shift operation on rail infrastructure. Complete programme: plane out, surface replacement, white lining and cats eye installation — all delivered in a single overnight shift to minimise rail disruption.

RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Care Home — Waddington

40 tonnes of 20mm base course, hand laid to exacting standards for a residential care home. Precision surfacing of car park and access roads with minimal disruption to residents.

CARE HOME SURFACING

Padel Courts — Stoke

Padel court construction for a leading UK sports surface specialist. Multi-day project delivering precision asphalt base layers for specialist court surfaces.

SPORTS SURFACING

760 Tonnes Binder Course

760 tonnes of binder laid in just 2.5 days. Three layers of 20mm material plus a coat of sealing grit. Demonstrating our Vögele fleet's capacity for large-scale, rapid-turnaround highway projects.

MAJOR HIGHWAY

Car Park — Plane & Relay

Day 1: planed out. Day 2: 200 tonnes laid and car park handed back to client. Minimum disruption, maximum efficiency — the Stardom way.

CAR PARK SURFACING

160tn Binder Course

Planing out and relaying 160 tonnes of 20mm binder course for a commercial client. Multi-day programme completed on schedule and to specification.

COMMERCIAL SURFACING

Hand-Laid Surfacing — Droitwich

18 tonnes of 20mm base and 14 tonnes of 10mm SMA surface course, hand laid in Droitwich. Precision work demonstrating our capability across all project scales.
